Whether it is your first buy-to-let property or you’re a professional landlord with a portfolio, we will give you personal, professional services tailored to your clients’ needs with competitive fees and you can have peace of mind that your property is in good hands.

Residential Property Mangement

Our residential property management team can manage your property throughout the letting and tenancy process, from organizing inventories and arranging for properties to be cleaned pre-tenancy, through to handling deposit negotiations once the tenancy has finally ended.

Should it be agreed, then post tenancy we can continue to liaise with estate agencies and work with you to find a tenant that matches your requirements.

Ongoing support

During your tenancy period, we will liaise with all appropriate utility suppliers and arrange any repairs, maintenance works and safety reports on your behalf. Furthermore, we can also liaise with block management companies, where applicable, to organize payment of outgoings such as ground rent and service charges as well as any other issues that may arise.

Upholding The Tenancy Agreement

We make sure that your obligations and those of your tenants, set out in your Tenancy Contract, are observed and implemented quickly, efficiently and to a high standard, using vetted, tested and highly-skilled local tradesmen at competitive rates, including arrangement of end-of-tenancy professional cleaning

Smooth Handover

Acting on your behalf, we will notify the electricity, gas, water, council and other utility suppliers when tenants are checked in or out and organize transferring the accounts to relevant names

Hassle Free

Acting on your behalf, we can deal with insurance queries/claims and obtain quotes for works. We can also deal with other manufacturers/suppliers whose products and appliances are in the premises and still under warranties/guarantees

Keeping You Informed

We will provide you with monthly statements, which will identify any activities occurring during the period.
